Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Pro Home & Cleaning

Effective Date: 6/16/2025

The following terms and conditions govern all services provided by Pro Home & Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to our clients (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Scope of Services

We provide cleaning, laundry, dish washing, and related services as agreed upon in writing or through verbal agreement with our Clients. Specific project details and costs will be outlined in a service agreement or estimate before work begins.


2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

2.2 Late Payments: Payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance or $50, whichever is greater.

2.3 Delinquent Accounts: If your account becomes delinquent, we reserve the right to take necessary actions to recover the owed amount, including:

  • Filing a mechanic’s lien on your property.
  • Withholding services until the balance is paid in full.
  • Delivering any debris, materials, or waste at your property until our expenses are recovered.


3. Liability and Damages

3.1 The Company is not liable for damage to appliances, windows, doors, or property unless explicitly disclosed and agreed upon in writing prior to services.

3.2 Clients are responsible for securing all pets, personal property, and any items that may be affected by our work.


4. Cancellation and Termination

4.1 Either party may cancel or terminate services with written notice at least seven (7) days in advance.

4.2 If the Client cancels a project after work has begun, you will be responsible for all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation including min fees.


5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, or supply chain disruptions.


6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation.

6.2 If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.


7. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.


8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing and posted on our website if applicable. For any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please contact us at:
